Installation

Status: being finalised. The installer and the download links are prepared together with the licensing round; this page will carry the real steps before release.

Windows (manual install)

1. Quit After Effects and Premiere Pro.
2. Copy the .aex file into the After Effects plug-in folder, for example C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects <version>\Support Files\Plug-ins\. A subfolder such as ivo3d FX\ keeps things tidy and works exactly the same.
3. Start After Effects. The effects appear under Effect → ivo3d FX.
4. Premiere Pro picks up the same file from the Adobe Common plug-in folder and lists the effects under Video Effects → ivo3d FX.

Requirements

• Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
• After Effects CC 2019 or newer (Premiere Pro of the matching generation).
• macOS builds are planned; the cores are already platform-independent and bit-identical across compilers.

Uninstall

Close the hosts and delete the .aex file. Nothing else is written outside the plug-in folder.
